Message Types

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

Onboarding Messages: Welcome messages, setup guides, and initial training content
AI Assistant Notifications: Insights, recommendations, and alerts from your AI assistant

Consent and Opt-in

By providing your mobile phone number to Real Estate OS and checking the SMS opt-in box, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Important: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or use of Real Estate OS services.

Your consent will be documented and stored in accordance with TCPA requirements and industry best practices.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, preferences, and the Real Estate OS features you use. You may receive anywhere from a few messages per month to several messages per week during active periods.

Standard text messaging rates apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Real Estate OS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

How to Opt-Out

Stop Messages

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by using any of these methods:

Text STOP: Reply with the word "STOP" to +1 (602) 782-5561
Email: Contact support@realestateos.com
Account Settings: Log into your Real Estate OS account and disable SMS notifications

After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a final confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt back in by texting "START" or re-enabling SMS in your account settings.
